Hi, I’m Cam.
I created Deeper Impact Consulting in order to provide premiere, concierge consulting services focused on organizational management, systems, structure, and culture.
With over 15 years of organizational management experience, I bring a healthy balance of practical and pedagogical knowledge to management consulting, drawing from my extensive experience at both the staff and Board levels, and from my dual Master’s in Management and Gender Studies.
I speak and train on inclusive policy and practice; work with organizations on a project basis on all aspects of organizational change and growth management; and train Executive Leaders, Boards, and staff teams to create and maintain a thriving organizational structure and culture.
