Cameron (Cam) Van Fossen (they/them) is a nonbinary leader and consultant with a passion for personal development
and economic and social equity.

Cam has worked with organizations in the $2-20M range for over 15 years, serving in Senior Management roles for youth, LGBTQ+, family, and homeless-serving agencies for over a decade.

Cam specializes in change and crisis management and has historically helped organizations move from the start-up to growth phases of the organizational life-cycle. They are an accomplished fundraiser, having held senior-level Fundraising & Development roles prior to becoming an Executive.

Cam brings a healthy balance of practical and pedagogical knowledge to organizational management consulting, drawing from their extensive experience at both the staff and Board levels, and from their Master’s in Public Administration, where they specialized in Management.

Cam’s other graduate-level area of study was Gender Studies, and their master’s thesis was a mixed methods study of the demography and quality of life of transgender Wisconsin residents.

Cam consults on all aspects of organizational management, systems, structures, and culture.

They are also a prolific public speaker and trainer on gender and sexuality equity, diversity and inclusion, having been featured in TIME Magazine, by the Boston Foundation, on the Unladylike podcast, and on the Legacy Collective podcast.
